Great hotel with spacious Deluxe Nature View room. The balcony overlooks the gardens, and the room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the steam room in the spa. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Food was decent, especially breakfast. Perfect location close to dive shops.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The infinity pools and beachfront activities were perfect for relaxation. We loved snorkeling and enjoying good food. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Just a short walk to local spots made it easy to explore.
Had issues with the room not being ready upon arrival, which was frustrating. We waited longer than expected and the service at times felt rushed due to understaffing.

The Park Royal features a great location close to the best dive shops on the island. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at the pool bar where the drinks are excellent. My room offered a lovely view and was consistently clean throughout my stay.
